Fiat Swap compares buy and cash-out quotes, and crypto-to-crypto swap rates, from independent, regulated providers. You transact directly with whichever one you choose, on their platform, under their own terms — we never touch your crypto or your money, and we never perform the conversion ourselves.
MoonPay
MoonPay is a regulated crypto payments infrastructure provider offering buy, sell, and related services across many countries. When you choose MoonPay, they handle your identity verification (KYC) and the transaction itself — receiving your payment or crypto, converting it, and sending back the other side — entirely under their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Transak
Transak is a regulated crypto on/off-ramp provider offering similar services. As with MoonPay, choosing Transak means your identity verification and the full transaction — receiving, converting, and sending back the other side — are handled entirely by Transak, under their own terms and privacy policy.
ChangeNOW
ChangeNOW is a non-custodial crypto exchange offering crypto-to-crypto swaps across 1,000+ assets and networks. When you swap through ChangeNOW, they handle the entire exchange — receiving your deposit, converting it, and sending the other asset directly to your wallet — entirely under their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Changelly
Changelly is a crypto-to-crypto exchange we're in the process of integrating alongside ChangeNOW, to give you another swap rate to compare. This integration is still under construction — Changelly isn't yet available to transact with on Fiat Swap. Once it's live, the same principle applies: Changelly would handle the exchange itself, under their own terms and privacy policy.
What this means for you
- Fiat Swap never receives, holds, or has access to your cryptocurrency or your money.
- Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks are performed by the provider you choose, not by Fiat Swap — see our AML & KYC statement and sanctions policy.
- The provider you transact with is solely responsible for receiving your payment or crypto, converting it, and sending back the other side — and for the timing, fees, and outcome of that process.
- Any dispute, refund request, or support issue about a completed or attempted transaction should go to the provider directly, using their own support channels.
Availability
Not every provider supports every country, currency, payout method, asset, or network — and minimum and maximum transaction amounts vary by provider. We only show a provider when it confirms it can service your specific request, based on the provider's own real-time capability data.
How we rank quotes
When selling, we sort by highest net payout in your local currency. When buying, we sort by the most crypto you receive for your money. When two sell quotes are close, we also consider estimated settlement speed. We label the best-value quote "Best value" and, for sell quotes, the fastest "Fastest" — these labels are computed directly from the quotes returned, never manually assigned, and are not for sale.
Commercial disclosure
We receive a referral commission from ChangeNOW on completed swaps, under their standard affiliate program. No such commission agreement currently exists with MoonPay or Transak. Any current or future commission arrangement will never change which quote we label "Best value" — that ranking is based solely on your net payout when selling, or the crypto you receive when buying.
