We are an international money transfer platform that caters to family and friends home and abroad trying to send funds to loved ones.
Onboarding to Beta Testing
We are currently running Beta Testing on our product.
Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended due to inappropraite account activities, and also it could be due to KYC verification issues or a fraud alert. If you account is suspended, please email us at support@fiatswap.com and we would attend to your issue promptly.
Is Fiatswap in all African regions?
Currently we are based in Nigeria, West Africa. In the nearest future we will be expanding to other countries. But not withstanding you have access to our platforms when you complete your KYC fully. You can perform transactions to over 5 countries.
How do I make Payment over the counter?
- Visit a bank
- Retrieve a teller and fill in the appropriate details
- Then go with your cash to the counter and make payment.
Do we accept Zelle?
Yes, we do. Paypal over US or Canadian Zelle Account are accepted both for Personal and Individual accounts
